• To be eligible for a return:
  The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  You must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• We do not accept returns for:
  Opened, used, or damaged items not caused by delivery
  Tempered glass, cables, charging adapters, or any small accessory once opened

How to Request a Return

Email us at partsgurubwp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 24 hours of delivery along with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. You can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• If approved, we’ll issue a refund within 10 business days

🔁 For COD Orders:

• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed.

🔁 For Card/Online Payments:

• Refunds will go back to your original payment method.
